Located in Nansha, Guangzhou, this facility specializes in the production of high-quality stitched inflatable products. Equipped with 34 industrial sewing machines, 1 welding machine, 2 automated cutting machines, and 1 printing machine, this facility provides streamlined manufacturing focused on sewing-based product categories, including bouncy castles, slides, land parks, 5K obstacles, stitched tents, and advertising inflatables. Notably, the facility employs 2 certified PIPA inspectors and is fully qualified to issue EN-14960 certificates, ensuring flexible scheduling and industry-leading safety standards for global compliance.

Warehousing & Secure Packaging
We use heavy-duty PVC storage bags and export-standard reinforced wooden crates to provide reliable protection throughout the entire shipping process. Before packing, every product is carefully cleaned, folded, inspected, and organized according to its size and components. Accessories, repair kits, air pumps, and other essential parts are properly sorted, labeled, and securely packed to make unloading and installation easier at the destination.
For large commercial inflatable structures, we use reinforced packaging solutions to improve stability during loading, unloading, and long-distance transportation. Our warehouse team also carefully checks the packaging condition and shipping marks before dispatch.
