Since 2010, Hushine has been dedicated to developing and manufacturing reliable inflatable solutions for customers worldwide. From commercial inflatable water parks and floating attractions to airtight structures and customized inflatable products, we combine practical engineering, professional design, advanced manufacturing, and commercial-grade materials to create products built for demanding real-world applications.
Today, Hushine operates 3 modern factories with more than 10,000 m² of workshop space, supported by an experienced production team and a global customer base spanning 50+ countries. Advanced Airtight Technology
Airtight products require a different level of manufacturing precision. Long-term air retention depends on the right materials, accurate construction and consistent welding quality.
We use commercial-grade PVC and other specialized materials according to the product’s application, including reinforced PVC fabrics and drop-stitch/DWF materials where required.
Precision Welding
For airtight structures, precision heat-welding technology creates strong and consistent seams designed to maintain air pressure during extended operation.
Commercial-Grade Materials
Material selection is based on the intended application, including durability, flexibility, UV resistance, abrasion resistance and environmental conditions.
Pressure & Leakage Testing
Airtight products undergo inflation and leakage testing before shipment to identify potential pressure loss or sealing problems and ensure the finished product meets our quality requirements.
